For GMs
Benefits
Benefits of Membership - Member GMs enjoy several benefits with the goal of enabling GMs to create memorable tabletop roleplaying experiences:
- Community: We have a thriving GM network where GMs can work with other GMs, share ideas and best practices, and just socialize with others that love our craft.
- Convention Support: Depending on the convention we support our GMs through dedicated gaming spaces, onsite support, event submission and much more.
- Partnerships: Through collective action and given our successful track record of bringing great games to light, we can and have worked with conventions, publishers, and others to create unique experiences and benefits. Examples of these partnerships include Gamehole Con, Free League (in our prior incarnation), Limithron, Mongoose Publishing, Shadow Army Sentinels and their clients such as Acheron, Gates of Krystalia, Mana Project, Metis Creative, and Officina Meningi.
- Special Experiences and other Rewards: Besides the special memories that we all get to keep, when we partner with other organizations we have the opportunity to interact with publishers and others (such as exclusive Q&A sessions), insights into the future directions of games, autographed products, product discounts, and even pay for running games. To be clear, our goal is to help GMs create special experiences, not get paid for what we love to do, but we of course pass on such offers to our members.

Memorable Achievements
Memorable Achievements – Here are some examples of what this GM community has been able to achieve together:
- Presence and Variety: At Gamehole Con we regularly host over 200 events providing memorable gaming experiences to over 1,200 players.
- Living Campaigns: GMs have collaborated to run living campaigns where players can play the same character the entire convention through a series of adventures and see their character grow, including players collaboratively building a central base providing benefits to all characters in the campaign.
- Mini-LARPs: GMs have collaborated to run mini-Live Action Role Playing sessions so that those into LARP or wanting to try it out can play their characters from Living Campaigns in a LARP.
- Multi-Table Epics: As part of Living Campaigns GMs have also run multi-table collaborative events where players work with other tables to save the world, the multiverse, or something else incredibly epic!
- Mashups/Crossovers: GMs have collaborated to run multi-table events where different roleplaying game systems are run at different tables, the tables work together, and players could shift characters/worlds during the event.
- Tournaments: GMS have collaborated to run multi-table competitive events where each table plays the same adventure and attempts to be the most successful and win bragging rights if not a trophy.
…and whatever creative ideas we all come up with next, hopefully with you!
